SHIPPING
We ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. Shipping takes 3- 5 business days though errors and delays do occur. Please do not make arrangements with your contractor for installation until you have received the product and verified the quantity and color. The distributor assumes no liability for contractor cost for errors or delays in product delivery.
The subsidized shipping charges offered are for customers in the continental United States. For all clients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, you must contact us for shipping quotes in advance. There may be an additional cost for shipping based upon location. We will make every effort to minimize any extra expense and take full advantage of our favorable rates.
We also serve the Caribbean, South and Central America, Europe and the Middle East. Rates for small quantities are not favorable however rates for larger quantities are very attractive and we are happy to provide quotes.
All quotes for shipments are good for 30 days.
Shipments outside the U.S.A. may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.

Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
Transit Times
Transit time commences the day after pick up and are quoted based on a 7 day week excluding major holidays. We highly recommend not scheduling any installers until you have received and inspected the material as we are not responsible for any contractor scheduling issues or additional charges. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes all shipping and tracking information.
RETURNS
Pebbletile.com offers unmatched discounts on clearance items. All sales are final and not eligible for return unless the material is received damaged or defective.
Although we make every effort to avoid damage and provide premium packaging, damage sometimes occurs. Because we will be unable to process a claim for any damages if the damage is not reported immediately, it is critical that you open and inspect all material immediately. If damage has occurred we will happily replace the damaged material. We may require an inspection of the damage so you will be required to hold onto the broken tiles and original boxes until further notice.
There are no options for returns or refunds for material that has been installed. Use implies acceptance. Please inspect your tiles upon arrival to verify that you have received the correct product, quantity, color and that there is no damage. We will be unable to process a claim for any damages if the damage is not reported immediately.
Pebbletile.com strongly recommends professional installation of all Island Stone material. We do not assume responsibility for material that is damaged during installation.
